So i have been asked to describe my first days in AJK MCRC, Jamia and let others know how my first week in college passed. I knew from past experience that i would be grilled in this institution. Studies would have to taken seriously and attendance cant be messed up either. And the very first session with our director proved me right. He also announced that unlike the rest of the college, we would be working on sundays. This obviously led to raised eyebrows and dismayed faces. Other than this our first week passed rather smoothly. The classes were a bit long but also had half an hour breaks in between which were highly anticipated.
Also, with just around 20 students in the class there isnt much hullabaloo either. But the classmates are friendly and helpful. Not just the classmates, even the canteen-wala is a friendly and comic guy who never fails to entertain and loan us food. The teachers here are interesting yet strict and quite the taskmasters.
So this has been my observation in the first week but more will follow soon as the honeymoon period gets over and and the initial romance fades!
